Deep massage after the race that lasts 10 to 15 minutes speeds up regeneration, reducing the chance
of injury or and edema on the legs. That is why we have organized it for you in the start / finish area.
At your disposal there will be experienced sports physiotherapists Marina and Krešimir Gašparić, for
a symbolic fee.
Among other things, you can also contact Marina and Krešimir to:
- Activate and warm your leg muscles before the race
- Release tonus and reduce lactate (lactic acid) after the race
- Resolve spasms (muscle cramps due to fatigue)
- Remedy of minor muscle injuries (kinesiotapes, gels)
- Passive Stretching
